A great opportunity for SILA members! The MFA Program will be conducting their Fall session at the Society of Illustrators (note SINY is not connected in any way with the Society of Illustrators of Los Angeles) in NYC in November. If any SILA member would like to come by to visit the program in session and meet with the administrators, just contact Ronni Mitten – Marketing and Advertising at 914-737-5961 or mitten1@verizon.net and she’ll arrange your visit. They are able to accept visitors at this location on Monday, November 12, Wednesday, November 14 and Thursday, November 15.
There is also an invitation to attend the MFA Program’s reception for current students, alumni and prospective students on Wednesday evening, November 14. If interested, please contact Ronni for details.
In addition, the MFA Program will be at the November 11, 2012 Graduate Portfolio Day at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and will have representatives there to speak with anyone interested in finding out how to obtain their advanced degree in the ONLY Low Residency MFA program dedicated exclusively to illustration in the United States.
