WonderCon (www.comic-con.org) is first Con of the year. SILA has a booth (#948) all three days, March 16 – 18. And our paid up members have the opportunity to work the booth not only letting attendees know that the Society is the place to go to find an Illustrator but to also sell your stuff. We have a sellers permit so we’ll collect the monies and then, after taking out the tax, the balance is paid to you.

Development Chair Scott Gandell is in charge of the booth and below is the sign up sheet. It’s a first-come, first-served list so be sure to sign up as soon as you can. In addition to Scott, we can have up to 3 more people in the booth. An email with sign up slots has been sent to all members but your 2012 dues need to be paid in order to take part in this event.

And after Saturday’s Wonder Con, don’t forget to come to Scott’s South Pasadena Mercantile Co. for our St. Patrick’s Day Party!
