California State University Long Beach is searching for a Tenure Track Assistant/Associate Professor of Illustration. We are looking for candidates with demonstrated effectiveness in image-making in the areas of drawing, painting and illustration, and strong visual imagination. The School of Art at CSULB is the largest publicly funded university School of Art in the United States, and is the flagship of visual arts education, scholarship, and practice in the CSU system. It is also the first School of Art in the CSU system to offer the MFA degree, and as a charter member of National Association of Schools of Art and Design, was the first public school in California to be accredited by NASAD.
